Every time, my husband or I come in for our visit, everyone is so kind and helpful. My husband was having issues with his new pair of glasses, so we just happen to walk in and ask if we could get some help with them, and they took him in and immediately started trying to correct the situation. We really appreciate the doctors and the staff 😊

I am very pleased with the care that I received at Kapperman McGarvey Eye Group. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr. Kortum took the time to do a comprehensive exam of my eyes. She explained in detail what she recommended and the reasons for her advice. Dr. Kortum’s expertise in her field is evident not only by her impressive background but the care and concern she gives her patients. I would highly recommend this practice.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Kortum. She took her time and explained everything about my eyes and Made me feel better after one doctor I had visited told me I had cataracts and I didn’t. After my eye exam I went to look at frames and Kerri was amazing! I highly recommend this top notch practice.

A few years ago, they stopped accepting my insurance; however, I continue to be a loyal and dedicated patient to this office and specifically to Doctor Kordum. She is very down to earth, kind, genuinely cares about the health of my eyes and the comfortableness of my daily life with the tools needed for my vision to be at the best possible set-up. She has even improved my migraines through adding Neurolens to my everyday glasses and reading glasses for when I wear contacts. She’s a breath of fresh air and never makes me feel rushed or pressured. And the optical department—- if you haven’t met Buffy— run now and give her a high five because she is EXCELLENT! A++++++
